I found out I had a leak in my house and freaked out since I am a first time home owner, I called Rich's Plumbing and was given an estimated time that the plumber was going to arrive. Tom came and immediately found the leak, he explained to us that he was going to have to break some tiles in the bathroom I order to get to the source of the leak. He explained everything he was doing and even showed us where previous owners had done inappropriate installation of bath tub faucet. Tom was pleasant to speak to and was very knowledgeable and reassuring with what seemed to us like a Big disaster, he was even apologetic that we had to encounter this since it is our first home. Long story short we ended up having a second leak in which again I called up Rich's plumbing and a another person came out, Nick who was unable to find the leak. Later the evening we noticed water on the ground so again called richs plumbing and was told Tom would be out the following day. We called in the morning on that following day to see whenTom would be arriving and the dispatcher stated there was no standing appointment and that tom would not be there.this was really upsetting because instead of trying to rectify the problem he brushed it off like no big deal, even after I stressed to him that the leak was getting worse, he still didn't try to make things right. I ended up receiving a call from tom saying he was going to arrive within the hour and that he was going to make sure he found the source of the leAk and fix it. He did just that he was very thorough with checking every single faucet to see where the water was coming from. I'm so glad it was tom that came back and repaired the leak. He deserves a raise! If I ever call richs plumbing again i will ONLY ask for Tom to come out to service my home! Only negative is speaking with male dispatcher... He has no sense of customer satisfaction or urgency.
